ASHE Region 6 retains the right and permission to publish, without further charge, photographs, and videos taken during this event. These photographs and videos may be used in publications,
including electronic publications, or in audio-visual presentations, promotional literature,
advertising, or similar ways. By registering and participating in this event, I voluntarily consent
to be recorded and photographed by ASHE Region 6.
Conference Code of Conduct
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at our conference are required to agree to the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect
cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.

Code of Conduct
Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for
everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity, and expression, age, sexual orientation,
disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or
technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants or venue staff in any form. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.

Assumption of Risk and Hold Harmless
ASHE Region 6 events and activities are purely voluntary activities, and attendees are fully responsible for their conduct and well-being. In participating in any event or activity, attendees shall be deemed to understand and accept all risks of possible injuries that might occur as a result of such participation. Attendees agree to release and hold harmless ASHE Region 6 and CMP Management and their employees, officers, representatives, and agents from any and all alleged and/or actual liability, claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, or losses of any kind that arise out of or result from attendance and participation at ASHE Region 6 Annual Conference. Attendee agrees to release and hold harmless ASHE Region 6 and CMP Management and its employees, officers, representatives, and agents from any claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or relating to your participation in the event you are registering to participate in and use associated facilities or hotels.

Cancellations:
A full refund will be given for written requests received on or before March 07, 2025. No refunds will be granted after this date. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant to [email protected]. No cancellations will be taken by phone.
